Our staff queue up every day to purchase the confection so as to provide the local sweet sensation for our accommodating guests.

Crosta Kyoto
Luggage delivery from Kyoto station to our hotel
The tourists’ luggage delivery service “Crosta Kyoto” covers our hotel. You may deliver your luggage at the Crosta Kyoto counter in JR Kyoto station complex (at JR Kyoto station Chuo exit) to Riverte Kyoto Kamogawa. (JPY1,500 per piece)
Send out between 8:00am – 2:00pm and get your luggage delivered after 5:00pm. (*) Or after 6:00 pm in peak seasons.
Enjoy your Kyoto tour free handed right from the first day! We also do delivery from our hotel to JR Kyoto station.
(Send out before 10:00 am and get your luggage delivered to Crosta Kyoto between 2:00 – 8:00pm)

We arrange walking tours to shrines and temples in Kyoto guided by lecturers from the Architecture Department of universities in Kyoto.
